they are flying above the beltway in virginia. no major problems to report on the beltway as you travel between montgomery county and prince george's county through virginia. you are looking good that entire stretch. so a bit of volume but everybody is moving. on the beltway in prince george's county on the outer loop at route 4, we have reports of a wheelbarrow in the middle of the roadway. watch out if that. no reports of any accidents or incidents, just want to keep your eyes peeled as you head along the outer loop near route 4. traveling in montgomery county, things look pretty good here. 270 at shady grove road southbound out of frederick and getting through germantown as well. just a little bit of volume building. 95 northbound slows at the prince william parkway. and again getting up through springfield. here we are 395 northbound just north of seminary road. we've got some activity over here in the hov lanes left shoulder. we had a disabled bus on the right shoulder. you can see that is not causing much of a problem. hov l
